Russia ends Ukraine grain deal after Crimea bridge attack.

says an agreement allowing Ukraine to

ship out grain through the Black Sea has

now ended the Kremlin spokesperson

Dimitri Peskov made the announcement a

a short time ago the deal had due to

expire on Monday with the U.N Turkey and

Russia holding talks in Istanbul on

renewing the arrangements but Russia

says its conditions haven't been met the

the deal was broken last year by the United

Nations and Turkey to try to safeguard a

global food security as Ukraine is one

of the world's top cereal producers or

latest on this what do we know

well we know that Kremlin has promised

to quote the deal for actually a long
time and The Last Ship which left the
Odessa support yesterday the Turkish
ship with the Ukrainian grain uh
Ukrainian corn for instance uh was The
The Last Ship authorized by Russia it was uh
in late June so since then, Russia has
not authorized any ships to leave the
Ukrainian ports and the fact that Russia
would suspend the deal was actually
something uh which was
uh which was predictable for now and uh
it was talks that uh probably Russia
will remain and actually every time or
when the deal had to be prolonged uh
there were risks that Russia would quit
it and uh but now it's the first time
since the deal was first brokered it has
actually happened
uh yesterday uh in an interview to an
American News Outlet uh the President
Biden's National advisor Jake Sullivan
told that Russia would struggle to
explain the south southern Partners
uh the partners of the countries from
the global South uh uh the partners from
Africa for instance to uh explaining why
they decided to quit the deal and why
they are risking the world famine uh in
their uh political fights but uh still
uh Gremlin Gremlin announced that Russia
is now suspending the deal and we are
waiting for the statement from the
Russian Ministry foreign
to people watching how important
this Ukraine grain deal is
well it is important both for uh Ukraine
which is relying a lot upon uh its economy
on the export of uh grain and of experts
all of the Agriculture and this is also
important for the world because Ukraine
has quite a big share of the uh
its agriculture in the world markets so
without it uh Ukraine uh can actually uh
the world can lose a lot and risks
of skyrockets and prices on the
agriculture on the corn and uh in the
meantime uh
poor countries with a low GDP uh
especially countries in Africa which are
also relying on Ukrainian agriculture
could face famine due to the higher
prices and due to the struggles with the
shipments of brain uh and uh so which is
why the UN has worked so hard to broker
this deal last year to make it happen
and to allow us still to allow the
Ukrainian expert through the Black Sea
and Russia which is also sharing uh the
Black Sea and which is fighting a war
with Ukraine allowing this deal but in
exchange for allowing their agriculture
to be shipped as well and since the deal
has been brokered Russia has complained
a lot that the terms and conditions of
the deal uh especially those in favor of
Russia has not been met and which is why
they finally decided to quit it now okay

other countries that were his aim and it
still, it's still the same now he feels
that it's the moment to leave the deal
and that he can he can do it I think
this is a very big mistake of the Free
World which allowed to put into
blackmail the world with this by
blocking the Black Sea just imagine one
of the key cities in the world is now
blocked but if what will be Putin
tomorrow will decide to block the Baltic Sea
oh chairman she will decide to block
South Chinese C what will be with the
world in this situation so I think that

strategically important Kirch Bridge
which links Russia with occupied Crimea
Russian media says the bridge was hit by
an unmanned Craft on the water's surface
It also says two people were killed in a
car sources in the Ukrainian Security
Services have told the BBC They carried
out the attack, these are some of the
latest pictures from the scene show
the damage the video appears to have
been taken from the railway track which
runs alongside the bridge the rail line
hasn't been impacted investigators are
now surveying the damage on the bridge

ہندو عورت کا سورۂ فاتحہ پر یقین کا واقعہ

عرب کے قبیلے میں ایک غیر مسلم شادی شدہ عورت رہا کرتی تھی۔ اس کا شوہر بہت بڑا بزنس مین تھا۔ ایک مرتبہ اس نے سنا کہ ملک عرب یعنی مکہ میں اللہ کے آخری نبی جو اللہ کے محبوب نبی ہیں۔

ان پر ایک سورت نازل ہوئی ہے۔ جس کا نام ہے “سورۃ الفاتحہ”۔ جس میں ہر بیماری سے شفا موجود ہے۔ وہ جس پر بھی دم کی جاتی ہے یا پڑھ کر پھونکی جاتی ہے۔ وہ انسان اچھا ہو جاتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ اس میں بے شمار برکات ہے۔

اس میں اب عقیدے کی بات ہے۔ مسلم ہو یا غیر مسلم اللہ پاک جس کے دل میں ایمان کی روشنی ڈالنا چاہے۔ اللہ کی قدرت کا تو آپ سب کو اندازہ ہو گا۔

اب کسی شخص سے اس عورت نے سورۃ فاتحہ سیکھ لی۔ پھر جب اس نے سورۃ فاتحہ کا ترجمہ پڑھا۔ تو اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسو آگئے۔ وہ جب بھی یہ سورۃ پڑھتی تھی۔ اللہ تعالی اس کے بگڑے کاموں کو سنوار دیتا۔

ایک دن اس کے بیٹے کو ایک خطرناک زہریلے بچھو نے کاٹ لیا۔ بڑے بڑے حکیموں، طبیبوں کو بلوایا گیا۔ سب نے یہ کہہ کر جان چھڑوا لی کہ اس بچھو کا زہر بہت خطرناک ہے۔ اس بچے کا ہم کچھ نہیں کر سکتے۔ تمہارا یہ بچہ بس کچھ ہی دیر کا مہمان ہے۔

ماں کا رو رو کر برا حال تھا اور شوہر اپنے خداؤں کی عبادت کر رہا تھا۔ ان سے مدد مانگ رہا تھا۔ پھر جب کوئی حل نہیں نکلا۔ تو اس عورت کو یاد آیا کہ سورۃ فاتحہ کے بارے میں اس نے پڑھا ہے کہ اس میں ہر بیماری سے شفا ہے۔

اس کے دل میں خیال آیا کہ اگر میں اسے پڑھ کر اپنے بچے پر دم کروں۔ تو کیا میرا بچہ ٹھیک ہو جائے گا؟ کیونکہ اللہ تعالی نے اس عورت کو ایمان کی طرف لانا تھا۔ اس کے دل میں اسلام کی محبت مزید پیدا کرنی تھی۔ تو اس کی زبان میں تاثیر دے دی۔

جب اس نے اس سورۃ کو پڑھ کر اس جگہ پر دم کیا جہاں بچھو نے کاٹا تھا۔ تو اس کا لڑکا اٹھ کر بیٹھ گیا اور جب اس نے سورۃ فاتحہ کو پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا۔ تو وہ اٹھ کر ایسے کھڑا ہو گیا جیسے کسی بچھو نے کبھی کاٹا ہی نہیں تھا۔

اس کا شوہر دوڑتا ہوا اس کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا کسی طبیب نے اور کسی حکیم نے اسے ٹھیک نہیں کیا۔ تو تم نے ایسا کیا عمل کیا۔ جو یہ بچہ ٹھیک ہوگیا۔ اس نے کہا کچھ بھی تو نہیں۔ بس ایک سورۂ ہے۔ جو ہر بیماری کو ٹھیک کر دیتی ہے۔ بس وہ مجھے یاد تھی۔ میں نے پڑھ کر اپنے بچے پر دم کیا اور اس کا پانی پلایا۔

تو دیکھو کیسے ٹھیک ہوگیا ہمارا بچہ۔ اس کا شوہر بجاۓ خوش ہونے کے اس سے ناراض ہوگیا کہ یہ تم کیا جادو ٹونے کر رہی ہو۔ اس کی بیوی کہنے لگی زندہ صحیح سلامت ہے ہمارا بچہ ورنہ ہم سے بچھڑنے والا تھا۔ اس نے کچھ نہ سنا اور اپنی بیوی کو ڈانٹنے لگا۔ کیونکہ اسے اسلام سے نفرت تھی۔

جب اس کی بیوی یہی عمل کرنے لگی۔ تو اس کو اپنی بیوی سے بھی نفرت ہو گئی۔ اب اس نے اس پر ظلم کرنا شروع کر دیا۔ ہر روز اس کو مارتا پیٹتا اور کہتا کہ اب میں نے تیرے منہ سے یہ سورۂ سنی۔ تو یاد رکھنا تیری کھال کھینچ لوں گا۔ اس کو اللہ کے کلام پر بالکل یقین نہیں تھا۔ جبکہ اس کی بیوی کو اللہ کے کلام پر یقین ہو گیا۔

اب اس عورت کو اللہ تعالی نے کس طرح مدد کی یہ بھی بڑا ایمان افروز ہے۔ اس عورت کا شوہر جب گھر سے کام کرنے کے لیے نکلا۔ نکلتے وقت جب اس نے اپنا جوتا پہنا تو اس میں وہی بچھو مجود تھا۔ جس نے اس کے بیٹے کو کاٹا تھا۔ اس کے ڈنگ سے وہ بچہ تو بچ گیا۔ مگر خود نہ بچ سکا۔

کیونکہ جب بچھو نے اس کو کاٹا تو زہر پورے جسم میں پھیل گیا۔ اور تڑپ تڑپ کے وہیں دم توڑ گیا۔ خاندان میں یہ خبر پہنچی تو کہرام مچ گیا۔ اب شوہر دنیا سے جا چکا تھا۔

شوہر کے مرتے ہی اس کے گھر میں تو نوبت فاقوں تک آ گئی۔ وہ عورت قرض دار ہو کر رہ گئی۔ وہ بہت پریشان تھی۔ دل میں پھر وہی بات آئی کہ میں سورۃ فاتحہ کا ورد کرتی ہوں۔ کیا پتا میری پریشانیاں بھی دور ہو جائیں۔

پھر وہ زور زور سے سورۃ فاتحہ پڑھنے لگی۔ چلتے پھرتے اٹھتے بیٹھتے سورۃ فاتحہ کا ورد کرتی رہی اور اتنے اعتماد اور یقین سے پڑھتی رہی۔ جس کا کوئی حساب ہی نہیں تھا۔

جب کوئی بندہ اللہ تعالی سے امید لگاتا ہے تو اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں کی دعاؤں کو رد نہیں کرتا۔ پھر یوں ہوا کہ سات دن کے اندر اندر اس کو خوشخبری مل گئی کہ اس کے کاروبار کو سنبھالنے کے لیے اس کے شوہر کا دوست آ گیا ہے۔

جب دوست کو خبر ملی کہ دوست کی بیوہ کا کوئی سہارا نہیں ہے۔ تو وہ اس کی بیوہ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا آپ فکر نہ کریں۔ وہ میرے بھائی کی طرح تھا۔ میں آپ کی مدد کروں گا اور جو بھی پریشانیاں ہیں وہ سب دور ہو جائیں گی۔

پھر اس شخص نے اس عورت کا سہارا بن کر اس کا پورا کاروبار سنبھال لیا۔ پھر دھیرے دھیرے جیسے زندگی پہلے تھی ویسے ہی ہو گئی۔ اس کے شوہر کے دوست نے اس عورت کو سورۃ فاتحہ پڑھتے ہوئے سن لیا۔ اس نے پوچھا کہ آپ کیا پڑھ رہی ہیں۔

کیا یہ کوئی منتر ہے؟ جس سے بہت فائدہ ہوتا ہے۔ مجھے بھی سکھائیے! اس پر وہ عورت کہنے لگی یہ کوئی منتر نہیں ہے۔ بلکہ مسلمانوں کی مقدس کتاب قرآن مجید جو ان کے پیغمبر پر نازل ہوئی ہے۔ یہ اس میں سے ایک سورت ہے۔ جس کا نام سورۃ فاتحہ ہے۔

پھر کہنے لگی مجھے تو اس پر بہت یقین ہے۔ میں نے کسی سے یہ سورہ فاتحہ سیکھ لی تھی اور اب میں چلتے پھرتے یہ سورت پڑھتی رہتی ہوں۔ وہ شخص کہنے لگا کہ آپ مسلمان کیوں نہیں ہو جاتی۔ اگر اتنا ہی اس سورت کو مانتی ہے۔

وہ مزید کہنے لگا کہ ایک سورت کی اتنی تاثیر ہے۔ تو پورے قرآن کی کتنی تاثیر ہوگی۔ وہ عورت کہنے لگی کہ میں مسلمان تو ہو جاؤں۔ لیکن میرا شوہر نہیں مانتا تھا۔

اس شخص نے کہا کہ اب تو آپ کا شوہر بھی نہیں ہے اور ایک سورت کے ساتھ آپ کی محبت دیکھ کر میں اتنا زیادہ متاثر ہوا ہوں کہ میں بھی آپ کے ساتھ مسلمان ہونا چاہتا ہوں۔ ہم دونوں قرآن مجید سیکھیں گے اور ضرور پڑھیں گے۔ وہ کہنے لگی جی! آپ نے بالکل صحیح کہا اور یوں وہ دونوں مسلمان ہوگئے۔
